Refund Process:

2. Provide order number, reason for return, and desired refund option.

3. Receive return shipping instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

4. Ship item back to us within 7 days.

 

Refund Timeline:

 

- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item

- Refunds issued to original payment method

 

Non-Refundable Items:

 

- Personalized or customized items

- Final sale or clearance items

 

Shipping Costs:

 

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs ($6.95 flat rate)

- Free return shipping for defective or incorrect items

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

- Provide photos of damaged/defective item
